Youth/Girls Player Anti-Bullying & Inclusivity Training Module
In addition to this individualized training requirement, it is also required that all rostered teams participating in NORCAL / SCAHA / CAHA / ADHSL / LAKHSHL / SJHSHL / PGHL League play must additionally schedule, oversee, and report back to CAHA the completion of two (2) 1-hour team Respect Charter ‘check-ins’/workshops, in which each team must conduct a team interactive 1 hour discussion regarding their respective team’s goals and planning on how they will achieve a more positive hockey environment. These team check-in workshops are to occur once in November, and again in February. Confirmation of completion of each team’s check-in will be submitted by each respective team’s Club President.
Team check-in/workshop tools/materials will be distributed directly to each team contact via separate email. Coaches/Managers, it is your responsibility to ensure both individual training and team check-ins occur, failure to complete individual training by October 16th will result in roster removal for the individual until such time as training has been completed/verified. Failure to complete team check-ins will result in your team being ineligible for post-season competition.
If you have any questions pertaining to the foregoing, do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
Thomas Hancock President
